The first was mainly done by Jared under Steve's direction, using bricks salvaged from when a large part of East Wheeling was torn down to build the athletic field. Before the bricks could be used, the old mortar had to be removed with a hammer. A pergola was added over the second brick section over the summer of 2021. Designed by Adam Mull to Raina's specifications and constructed by Steve and Andy. It was paitned by the amazing Jules, Mama, and sometimes Camille. A post had been set in the first brick patio section anticipating the pergola, but by the time construction began the location had changed. The post served to host some clematis and a hummingbird feeder for a while, but it was removed when construction of the real pergola began. | |||

Phases[edit]
First section[edit]
