Rear Addition[edit]
The rear 12 ft or so of the 1st floor was added by the Ewing family, probably in the 1970s.
2003 Renovation[edit]
The Baxter family undertook a major renovation upon buying the house in 2003. This included new HVAC, electrical, and water systems. The back staircase was removed at that time to make room for the new, larger kitchen. Much of the basement was refinished. The 3rd floor was drywalled and carpeted. The shelving in the living room was added.
